What is RPI? 

Right to Product information is the, solution for the customers to get their satisfactory and genuine products from the sellers, to preserve the consumer rights. The solution is to empower the customers, and promote the accountability in Retail, private and government sectors. To ensure the customers get the right and true products and avoid themselves from spurious and fake products to withheld consumer rights. The existing procedures are cumbersome, since the consumer must seek redressals from courts which are time consuming and invariably leads to incurring larger costs for decisive judgement in favor of rightful claimants.
